Cancellation Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If clients do not cancel within that time, they will be charged for full sessions. This policy ensures that we can effectively accommodate all our clients. List priced items are refundable, with the exception of retreats and programs which are refundable 2 weeks at 50%, and 1 week prior to the start at 25% of the total price.
