Lymphatic Massage

Lymphatic massage is an incredibly effective treatment that works similarly to lymphatic drainage, providing significant benefits to the lymphatic system. Often referred to as the body’s “sewage system” or “elimination system,” the lymphatic system is essential for expelling cell waste and other toxins. By receiving regular lymphatic massage, you can markedly enhance this system, which leads to improved immune response, better digestion, and a more vibrant outlook on life. Many clients come to us for lymphatic massage, motivated by reasons such as: - Preparing for weddings - Vacationing, either before or after - Supporting a weight loss journey - Encouraging healing - Speeding up recovery from illness When performed correctly, lymphatic massage should be invigorating, effectively stimulating the lymph and lymph nodes to release waste and excess fluid. It’s common to see a loss of up to one pound of water weight after a session. To maximize your results, we recommend a simple drink called "sole." This is made by placing a pink Himalayan crystal salt piece at the bottom of a glass jar filled with spring water (up to one gallon). Drinking about one quart of this sole made with a pinch of pink salt in 1 qt spring water.
